The POLC (Police Officers Labor Council) established the “POLC Richard R. Weiler Academy Scholarship” to provide assistance to those who are seeking a career as a Police Officer. This scholarship recognizes scholastic achievement, encourage their continued progress, and provide financial assistance toward achieving their educational goals. It will be administered according to the following provisions.
