OCC Association of Retired Personnel

The Oakland Community College Association of Retired Personnel (OCCARP) was formed in 1993 to provide opportunities for fellowship, to assist members with retirement issues, to provide opportunities for enrichment through the resources of OCC, to cooperate with other retiree organizations and to provide a volunteer source of experience and expertise for OCC. Membership is open to OCC employees whose employment status was full-time, part-time Classified, or part-time Teamsters at the time of retirement.

OCC retirees support the OCCARP scholarship that provides deserving students with scholarship each school year for tuition and course-related textbooks.
