In memory of Joyce Moore & Lauren Walker

This scholarship was established in memory of Joyce and Lauren for students at Oakland Community College who are pursuing a degree in Mental Health Social Work with concentration on addiction. The fund is intended to recognize scholastic achievement, encourage their continued progress, and provide financial assistance toward achieving their educational goals. It will be administered according to the following provisions.
